Galactic Goddess of Healing uses Calendly to manage appointments and bookings.

Calendly processes information in accordance with its own privacy terms and may use other service providers to deliver its services.

6. Payments and PayPal

Payments associated with bookings are currently processed through PayPal via the Calendly booking process.

PayPal processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

Galactic Goddess of Healing does not directly receive or store your full payment card details or PayPal login credentials.

Information relating to a transaction, such as your name, transaction status and payment information necessary to administer your booking, may be received and retained as part of normal business and accounting records.

7. Online Sessions, Zoom and Recordings

Online sessions may be provided using Zoom.

Information required to create or participate in a meeting may therefore be processed by Zoom in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Where a client requests a recording of a 1:1 session for personal replay, a recording may be created using Zoom.

The recording may temporarily be stored on Zoom’s cloud services or on the computer used to conduct the session before being transferred to Google Drive.

Temporary copies held in Zoom or on the local computer are normally deleted within a few days after transfer and confirmation that the client has been able to access the recording.

Recordings will only be made where appropriate and with the knowledge of the participant.

8. Google Drive

Where a client requests a copy of a session recording, Google Drive may be used temporarily to provide the recording to that client.

The client will be provided with access so that they can download their recording.

Recordings stored on Google Drive are retained for a maximum of one month and are then deleted.

Clients are responsible for the security and storage of recordings after they have downloaded their copy.

9. Email Marketing and Aweber

Galactic Goddess of Healing uses Aweber to manage newsletters and email marketing.

Where you choose to subscribe, information such as your name, email address, subscription status and interactions with marketing emails may be processed through Aweber.

Marketing communications will only be sent where there is an appropriate lawful basis to do so.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained within marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary communications relating to an appointment, purchase or service you have requested.
