If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. All content including audio, video, text, graphics, images, and information available on the Galactic Goddess of Healing website is for general informational purposes only.  The information and/or Services provided by Galactic Goddess of Healing  do not constitute or intend to constitute legal, financial,  professional or medical advice.  Tatiana Hellier claims no responsibility to any person or entity for any liability, loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly as a result of the use, application or interpretation of the material on the Galactic Goddess of Healing Website or Services provided.

The words, design, layout, graphics, photos, images, information, and all other information and intellectual property accessible on or through this Website (“Content”) is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You will not copy, duplicate or steal our Website or Content. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Tatiana Hellier has the right to refuse any session under the basis of personal discernment. 

In the event that such a session is refused, the client will receive a refund of their purchase via PayPal. Galactic Goddess of Healing will not tolerate any abusive behaviour of client and will cancel session immediately without any refund given.

Tatiana Hellier’s’ role in facilitating your Session is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through.  Results are not guaranteed by Galactic Goddess of Healing and are dependent on the actions, choices, decisions and attitude of yourself, the Customer.  You, the Customer, are paying for the time provided during your Session not a cure.  Tatiana Hellier cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual.  Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through your Session.  

Privacy

Galactic Goddess of Healing will not disclose your personal information to any other party.  Everything discussed during a session, whether it be written or verbal is strictly confidential at all times.  Your personal information is never sold, traded or given away.

​Cancellation, Missing Your Appointment and Rescheduling 

All sales from private sessions or online group events are final and are non-refundable.

All booked session schedules are subject to change pertaining to Tatiana’s Hellier discretion, and the client will be notified of any changes should a re-scheduling situation arise.

Tatiana Hellier reserves the right to cancel or postpone a coaching/ healing session without liability and you will be offered an alternative date or time. You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your session date and time. 

In the event of a session cancellation from the client, the previously purchased session can be re-booked if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. You must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment without incurring any further charges. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation may result in your previously purchased session to be denied .

If you miss your appointment, please email us to request an alternative appointment, a rebooking fee will be issued to you, please remember to state when your original appointment was and the date you ordered the service. Upon receipt of your email, we will arrange for you to be invoiced. Once we receive your rebooking fee, you may then re-arrange a suitable time and date for your healing or coaching session. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be admitted to the session and will have to book another session, no refund will be given.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. 

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice pricing information. 

Audio & video recordings

All audio and video recordings given freely to clients during private or group sessions are the copyrighted property of Tatiana Hellier/ Galactic Goddess of Healing and can be utilized for Galactic Goddess of Healing multimedia with the client’s name and personal information  kept anonymous from public media. The client understands that public distribution of the audio & video recording through social media platforms or other public media is prohibited without the expressed permission of Tatiana Hellier.

Modifications to the services and prices

 Certain services may be available exclusively online through the website. These services may have limited quantities and times availability. Tatiana Hellier reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Tatiana Hellier reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services that we offer. 

All descriptions of services or services pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any services, information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Tatiana Hellier shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Events

​Our group healing events is live and does not allow for editing or censorship. Please note that whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to avoid participants being exposed to offensive or unwelcome language, this cannot be guaranteed. In order to increase participation, the live healing service offers the facility for participants to comment, share experiences and/or ask questions via voice/written messages. Please note that other participants will be able to hear and see any comments or questions that you make during the live event.

Offensive or inappropriate language will not be tolerated and any participants using such language will be removed from the session and banned from all future events. Tatiana Hellier  is not responsible for the content of any third party comments or questions.
